OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
- Drive awareness and understanding of myTukar products and services and building a sustainable relationship.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily visit to New Car Showroom to assist them in used car disposal.
- Actively recruit new sales agent to expand business opportunities.
- Guide customer through the sales process including presenting and negotiating prices.
- Address customer concerns and objection effectively.
- Assist for arrangement of car inspections and handovers upon customer request.
- Work closely with other related departments and in-line with SOP.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly sales target.
- Always keep up with the changes of process flows and campaign by the management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must possess at least a SPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.
- Fresh graduate or 1 years of working experience in related field or equivalent is required for this position.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves dealing with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Having excellent organizational, management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
