Our Malaysia outfit is now in the expansion mode and would like to recruit 20 persons with background in design to be trained to become either Oppolia Designer or Oppolia Sales Designer
We are looking for person who have a background in design or related fields and seek a long-term career in Cabinetry Design or Sales in Cabinetry Products to participate in our programme
Under our , we will provide various trainings in our HQ in Guangzhou. We will offer the successful candidate training in all key aspects of our business, among them
(1) Cabinetry Design using our proprietary software
(2) Products Familiarisation so that the person will eventually be able to incorporate these products into their design and/or explain these products to our customers
(3) Sales and Marketing skill using social medial and other approaches so that the person will know how to approach the customer to achieve the eventual sales
During this period, other than training at various locations, the person will also be assigned to various department of Oppolia Malaysia to have on the job training. At the end of the two years period, the person will be allocated to various department based on their performance and interest.
Our Requirements
We are looking for twenty (20) persons with
- At least a degree in design or design related fields
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop etc
- Ability to read and create technical drawings, shop drawing, and construction documents
