Objective :

Responsible to provide efficient support to the Head of Sales & Marketing and Sales Managers in their day-to-day functions of their jobs. To maintain up-to-date and accurate guest records and sales statistics. To handle sales inquiries.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Handle sales inquiries, to ensure prompt follow-up, and to provide daily reports on the number of inquiries received. To ensure bookings and reservation of rooms and function rooms are in good order.

2. Act as the liaison person in the sales office in the absence of other sales personnel.

3. Generate all sales correspondence and provide administrative support to the Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Managers.

4. Ensure all files pertaining to sales / potential sales are updated and in good order of reference.

5. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of the hotel and to provide accurate information to guests and potential clients.

6. Gather market information and current trends for product and services, forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning.

7. Assist Sales Team in organizing and assembling materials for sales events.

8. Coordinate with appropriate department in the dissemination of information, data, and requests provided by guests.

9. Build, maintain, and update guest database using the Fidelio system.

10. Prepare and submit reports on time, and to attend meetings as necessary.

11. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
