RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist customers with product selection based on their needs.
2. Provide information about products, services and promotions.
3. Achieve sales target through upsell and cross selling.
4. Monitor and replenish stocks on the sales floor.
5. Arranging and display products in organizing and appealing manner.
6. Ensuring products are properly tagged with correct prices and relevant information.
7. Implement promotion initiative.
8. Build positive relationship with customer to encourage repeat business.
9. Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
High School or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong sales aptitude and the ability to persuade and influence customers to make purchasing decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport.
-Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with retail system.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask and prioritize tasks.
Flexibility in work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
OTHERS
-6 working days per week (no weekend off)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
