Job Summary:
As the first point of contact for customers in our retail store. This role involves providing excellent customer service, helping customers find products, processing sales, and maintaining a tidy and appealing store environment to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers warmly and professionally.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues politely and efficiently.
- Actively promote products and special offers.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Handle cash, credit card payments
- Maintain a clean, organised, and attractive sales floor.
- Replenish stock on shelves and displays as needed.
- Assist with receiving and organising new product deliveries.
- Help with visual merchandising (arranging products) to ensure they look appealing.
- Work effectively with other team members to achieve store goals.
- Communicate customer feedback and stock issues to the management team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
