What you will do in this role:
- Provide crucial support to the sales executive by preparing quotations and diligently following up on customer inquiries.
- Process sales orders, ensuring accurate documentation and proper delivery of all sales transactions.
- Prepare sales invoices, cash sale invoices, and delivery orders after accurately posting sales transactions to the Navision system.
- Conduct a thorough check of delivery orders and invoices for the correct amount.
- Track sales orders and coordinate logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Perform routine administrative tasks to the sales executive to maintain proper record-keeping and filing of documents.
- Conduct customer sales visits as and when needed to enhance customer relationships.
- Undertake any ad hoc duties assigned by superiors to support overall team objectives.
What you will need in this role:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM & above qualification.
- Basic administration skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Customer service focus
- Language: Mandarin is required to communicate with relevant stakeholders
