About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sale Supervisor to lead our sales team in the semiconductor and electronics industry. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and managing sales activities, developing new markets (especially overseas), and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and procedures.
- Identify market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international customers.
- Review and approve sales documents, contracts, invoices, and shipment forms.
- Follow up on customer payments and manage credit risks.
- Prepare regular sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly).
- Collaborate with internal departments to support order processing and credit checks.
- Provide training and guidance to the sales team to enhance performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Experience in international sales and developing overseas markets is a strong advantage.
- Strong skills in negotiation, pricing strategies, and contract review.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) for international communication.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in Chinese (Mandarin).
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.
- Experience with ISO standards is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle work pressure.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
