1. Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Supervision and Implementation
•To supervise overall safety, health and environment activities in the organization.
•Implement the safety & health policy, management and operation procedures.
•Assist with implementation of HS plans in compliance with statutory laws & company’s policies and procedures.
•Inspect site to ensure safe work practices are followed.
2. Compliance & Coordination
•Interact with local authorities and clients to ensure compliance with various codes and requirements.
•Attend regular site, technical and progress meetings.
3. Hazard Identification & Risk Management
•Provide technical advice to project team in identifying potential hazards in each section of work areas and establish procedures and policies to overcome those hazardous situations.
•Enforce supervision, discipline and work ethics for site personnel in safety, health and environmental matters.
4. Incident Management & Reporting
•Collect, analyse and maintain statistics on accidents and occupational diseases.
•Conduct investigations of all accidents and near-misses.
•Respond to employee’s safety concerns.
5. Training, Awareness & Communication
•Attend toolbox meetings and briefings.
•Conduct safety awareness training periodically on safety reports and records of individual sites.
6. Ad-hoc Tasks
•Perform any other duties or assignments related to SHE matters as required by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
