Safety & Health Officer (SHO) | Chemical Manufacturing | Malaysia
Location: Tanjung Langsat, Johor
Industry: Chemical Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety trainings.
- Develop and maintain risk assessments and incident reports.
- Collaborate across departments to promote a proactive safety culture.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial safety (preferably in chemical or manufacturing).
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Valid SHO registration with DOSH Malaysia.
- Experience in construction environments is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
