- Welcome and assist customers by addressing inquiries and providing details on products and promotions.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and drive sales to meet individual and team targets.
- Ensure store displays are well-maintained, neatly organized, and visually appealing.
- Support inventory management by receiving, organizing, and replenishing stock while reporting any discrepancies.
- Process cash, credit card transactions, and returns accurately, following store policies and procedures.
- Collect and relay customer feedback and product insights to enhance customer experience and product offerings.
- Contribute to loss prevention efforts by adhering to security protocols and store policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
