Job Title: Retail Sales Specialist
Location: One Utama Store
Salary Range: RM2,200 – RM2,400
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets as set by the Store Manager.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver engaging presentations to walk-in customers.
- Understand and identify customer needs to provide the best possible experience with BOSE products.
- Support daily store operations, including opening, maintaining cleanliness, and closing of the store.
- Handle cashiering duties and manage inventory checks and stock levels.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager to support store performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- A team player with a collaborative attitude, contributing to both individual and store-wide targets.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with the target customer base.
- Responsible, punctual, and proactive in daily tasks and responsibilities.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
