Overview: We're seeking a dynamic Product Merchandiser to drive product visibility and sales performance across our retail network. This role combines strategic merchandising, team development, and vendor relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute weekly rotations between branch locations and head office to optimize product placement and displays
- Develop and implement product display strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize sales impact
- Lead participation in offline events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities
- Conduct quarterly stock audits at warehouse facilities to ensure inventory accuracy
- Partner with vendors to understand product USPs and translate into effective sales strategies
- Train and upskill sales teams on product knowledge, features, and selling techniques
