Restaurant Supervisor - Myeongdong Topokki (Sunway Putra Mall)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee all F&B operations.
• Supervise, train, and schedule staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure all food handling, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for procurement.

Daily Duties:

• Monitor dining areas and service operations.
• Check inventory, place necessary orders, and receive deliveries.
• Address customer feedback and resolve any service issues.
• Ensure proper setup of service areas for each shift.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry.
• Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant software.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
