About the Role
We are seeking an extroverted and customer-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to support the Outlet Manager in the smooth daily operation of our restaurant. This is a front-facing leadership role that requires strong communication skills, a disciplined work ethic, and the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests.
You will lead by example, engage directly with customers, motivate the team, and help deliver both exceptional service and strong business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Provide outstanding face-to-face customer service, engaging with guests proactively and professionally
- Address customer feedback or complaints in a courteous and solution-focused manner
- Lead, train, and motivate part-time service staff, especially during busy hours
- Uphold high standards of food, beverage, and service quality
- Actively promote menu items and specials to increase average spending
- Support cost control measures and monitor efficient resource usage
- Enforce adherence to SOPs and all health & safety regulations
- Complete administrative tasks and reporting accurately and on time
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and collaborative team environment
- Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow
Requirements
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience in the F&B industry preferred
- Extroverted personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face
- Highly disciplined, responsible, and punctual
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Solution-oriented and hands-on in daily operations
- Willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Must possess a valid Malaysian IC
