What you'll be doing
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Manage and supervise a team of restaurant staff, providing training, support and guidance as needed
- Implement and maintain operational procedures and policies to maintain high standards of customer service
- Monitor and control restaurant finances, including inventory management, cash handling and cost control
- Identify and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in strategic planning and decision making
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and food hygiene regulations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar assistant manager role within the F&B or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, inventory control and cost analysis
- Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
