Job Scope
1. Restaurant Operations
- Learn and oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and control.
2. Customer Service & Experience
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
- Train and lead the team to maintain high service standards.
- Resolve any service or operational issues quickly and efficiently.
3. Team Management & Leadership
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members.
- Motivate and coach staff to perform at their best.
- Assist in staff scheduling and manpower planning.
4. Sales & Reporting
- Understand restaurant KPIs and support sales targets.
- Assist in daily and weekly sales reporting.
- Participate in marketing or promotional activities when needed.
5. Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Follow restaurant SOPs and operational guidelines.
- Assist in internal audits and maintain documentation as required.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in the F&B industry is an advantage.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
