We're looking for a talented Recruiter to join our team! If you have experience in recruitment (agency experience is a plus) and are proficient in Mandarin Malay and English, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Using various sourcing channels (e.g., online job boards, social media, networking events) to find potential candidates.
- Writing and posting compelling job descriptions.
- Screening applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' skills and qualifications.
- Providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Managing the candidate pipeline and ensuring timely communication.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Negotiating salary and benefits packages with candidates.
- Making offers of employment.
- Assisting with onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities.
- Assessing and improving recruitment processes.
