Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Data Developer with 3-5 years of experience in campaign management platforms such as Adobe Campaign or Unica.
The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Adobe Segmentation Workflows, Technical Workflows, and Delivery Workflows, along with exposure to email management, cross-channel marketing, and audience segmentation.
Banking domain knowledge and good understanding of data models and reporting frameworks will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and manage Adobe Campaign workflows (Segmentation, Technical, Delivery).
Develop and manage email campaigns including triggered emails, dynamic content, preference centers, and performance reporting.
Support cross-channel campaign execution - email, direct mail, mobile marketing, and offer management.
Work with audience segmentation, targeting, and customer profiles to enhance campaign performance.
Integrate campaigns with Adobe Analytics and data connectors for advanced insights.
Implement predictive send-time optimization and engagement scoring for campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with business teams to translate marketing requirements into technical workflows.
Ensure smooth campaign reporting and data accuracy across channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as a Developer in Campaign Management platforms
Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign (Segmentation, Technical, and Delivery workflows).
Proficiency in:
Email Management: Triggered emails, reporting, dynamic content.
Cross-Channel Marketing: Campaign execution & reporting, direct mail, offer management, mobile marketing.
Segmentation & Targeting: Audience segmentation, customer profiles, Adobe
Analytics integration, predictive optimization.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix/Windows/AIX environments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good to Have
Knowledge of Teradata/Hadoop data models and data patterns.
Understanding of JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and related libraries.
Domain expertise in banking and financial services (Finance Analytics, Credit Risk, Retail Banking, Treasury, Trade Finance, Cards, Regulatory Reporting).
Exposure to data modeling (FSDM, Data Marts).
Knowledge of AI/ML-driven segmentation and personalization.
Familiarity with SDLC, PLC, CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile practices.
