Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering/Construction Management
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant computer application
- Excellent in attendance and attitude in work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contract administration
- Assist Project Manager on examine labour costs, other contract charges to ensure healthy margin.
- To assists with tendering, contract documentation, including bill of quantities, in line with ELV System.
- To find suppliers/subcontractors to submit quotations/proposal.
