Position : Quantity Surveyor

Location: Simpang Renggam, Johor
Responsibilities:
Provide essential support in managing costs for building and civil engineering projects involving precast components. Ensure projects stay within budget and comply with financial and contractual standards under the guidance of senior team members
Key Duties:
- Assist in cost estimation and budget preparation from drawings and specifications.
- Perform quantity take-offs and valuations of precast elements.
- Support cost monitoring and report discrepancies to senior QS or managers.
- Help prepare tender documents and evaluate subcontractor quotations.
- Assist with contract administration and ensure accurate documentation.
- Prepare interim and final payment valuations.
- Identify basic project risks and assist in mitigation planning.
- Conduct site and yard visits to monitor progress and quality.
- Help compile reports on cost performance and forecasts.
- Support communication with clients regarding project updates and documentation.
