Job Descriptions:
- Monitor the life cycle of the shipments and track status；
- Handle problematics cases and review and allocate CCTV；
- Handle problematic parcels, damage, and checking address;
- Coordinate the response to major operational unusual events；
- Other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in a related field
- Able to use Microsoft Excel, such as analyzing data and generating reports.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills to deal with customers.
Working location: J&T Express Warehouse, Bintawa, Kuching
