Job Summary:
The QAQC Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s ISO management systems. This role involves ensuring compliance with ISO standards, conducting internal audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and monitor all the quality assurance programmed to ensure that all quality systems, process and procedures are adhered to respective standards of ISO.
- Plan and conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the ISO management systems. Identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Review systematically and documented on necessary process and / or product requirement according to QMS practice for standardization of process product.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation related to the ISO management systems. Ensure that all policies, procedures, and records are up-to-date and accessible.
- Liaise with all department on quality procedure, working instruction and forms.
- Monitoring on disposal of WIP, finished goods, packaging material and compilation of documents.
- Issue CAR for non-conformance of packaging material of finished goods, if necessary.
- Monitoring on defect of returns goods from customer.
- Involve in ISO audit with external auditor.
- Work with production team on implementation programmes to reduce production wastage and problem trouble shooting. Monitor, review and propose for improvement on productivity, quality and efficiency of production process, operating procedures and product.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in implementing and managing ISO management systems, with a strong understanding of ISO 9001, FSSC and HACCP
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is highly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and quality management principles.

- Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
