JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepare and compile tender and proposal documents in accordance with client requirements, including technical, financial, and administrative components.
2. Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, legal, etc.) to gather accurate and up-to-date information required for tenders.
3. Review tender specifications and requirements, ensuring compliance with all instructions, conditions, and criteria.
4. Monitor and track tender opportunities from various sources (ePerolehan, Tender Wizard, private portals) and update the tender register regularly.
5. Maintain a systematic filing system for all tender-related documents, correspondences, and submissions (physical and digital).
6. Ensure timely submission of tender documents, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
7. Follow up on tender outcomes and assist in post-submission clarifications or revisions when needed.
8. Assist in price compilation and cost estimation with inputs from relevant departments or suppliers.
9. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all sensitive documents and pricing information.
10. Support the business development and project team in preparing company profiles, capability statements, and other related documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATION / SKILLS
- Degree in Management or related field.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software support is an advantage.
- Familiarity with tender and proposal documentation processes is an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess a valid Class D driving license (not blacklisted by JPJ).
- Willing to work beyond normal hours, including weekends and public holidays, if needed.
- Must be responsible, reliable, punctual, proactive, and demonstrate a positive work attitude.
