We are a licensed real estate agency specializing in helping government employees and first-time buyers own affordable homes through LPPSA financing and structured housing projects. We are expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join us as commission-based Property Agents. No prior experience required — full training and guidance will be provided.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell residential property projects to potential buyers
Attend company-organized events, roadshows, and institutional briefings (including government agencies and army camps) to meet targeted prospects
Provide property consultation and guide buyers through the LPPSA/home loan process
Assist clients from viewing up to booking, documentation, and key handover
Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets
Requirements (Must-Have)
Own transport (Car or Motorbike)
Smartphone and either a Laptop, iPad, or Tablet
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (peak sales days)
Malaysian citizen, Age 21+
Minimum SPM or equivalent
Strong communication skills, confident and willing to learn
Advantage if you have:
Sales/marketing experience (any industry)
Able to speak English, Mandarin or Tamil (in addition to Malay)
