Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage M&E/E&E projects including budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure all works comply with technical specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site visits to oversee installation, testing, and commissioning works.
- Lead project meetings and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
- Manage project documentation including drawings, change orders, and progress claims.
- Ensure timely handover and project closeout with complete documentation and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in M&E or E&E project management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, power distribution, fire protection, and low-voltage systems.
- Experience in managing industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiar with local regulations, safety practices, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera) is an added advantage.
- PMP certification is a plus.
