Job Description:
● Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
● Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
● Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to execute projects.
● Track and manage project progress, scope changes, timelines, and risks.
● Conduct stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and provide updates.
● Ensure resource availability and allocation for efficient execution.
● Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
● Prepare and present reports and documentation as required.
● Ensure all projects are delivered in compliance with company policies and best practices.
● Perform post-project evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
● 2–3 years of experience in a Project Manager role, preferably in IT, software, or business solution environments.
● 1–2 years prior experience as a Business Analyst.
● Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall).
● Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).
● Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
