1-5yrs of working experience with basic understanding of IT Operations, infrastructure and platform support services (Cloud Services, Linux/Unix, Backups, DB’s), operational monitoring and/or end user cloud services support.

- Teamwork: Collaboration and the ability to work effectively in a team work in responding & resoluting IM/SR that require coordination among different stakeholders.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills are important for meeting TTR/TTO and not limited to managing multiple tasks efficiently.
