Job Description :
A Production Supervisor/Officer/Executive on the floor/office is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily production activities to ensure efficiency, timely output, and quality standards. They manage production schedules, supervise shop floor operations, and ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures. This role also involves coordinating with other departments, monitoring inventory, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Production Scheduling and Planning:
Develop and manage production schedules to meet deadlines and production targets, ensuring sufficient resources (materials, labor, machinery) are available.
- Shop Floor Supervision:
Monitor production activities on the floor, addressing any issues or bottlenecks that arise, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Quality Control:
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet required specifications and standards, identifying and addressing non-conformance issues.
- Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies of raw materials and finished goods, and collaborating with the procurement department to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve production issues, such as machine malfunctions, material shortages, or process problems, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
- Coordination and Communication:
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, engineering, quality control) to ensure smooth production flow and align activities with company goals.
- Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare production reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintain accurate records of production activities.
- Safety and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, health and hygiene standards, and all relevant workplace regulations.
- Team Leadership and Development:
Manage and support production staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
