Job Scope
- Responsible for determining the best and most efficient uses of available resources, including equipment and staff to meet production goals.
- Responsible in ensuring all dispensing, mixing, filling and packaging processes are executed according to approved procedures and complying with GMP requirements.
- Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staff.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
- Responsible for ensuring that the required initial and continuous training of production personnel is carried out and adapted according to requirement.
- Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
- Responsible for all qualifications and validations related to Production are properly executed and documented.
- To ensure production line clearance check is strictly implemented.
- To prepare production related documentation.
- Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
- To ensure that the production records are evaluated and signed by an authorized person before sending them to quality control.
- Responsible for reporting any non-conformities and deviations to the Production & Warehouse Manager to ensure immediate rectification.
- Any other duties whenever assigned.
Requirement
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Able to carry out role independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary: Up to 15% - 20% increment (Negotiable depending on experience)
