- Market and sell Company’s products and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining services to clients and potential clients.
- Confer with clients to assess project, operational and maintenance needs and to determine requirements.
- Work closely with Proposals team to prepare any sales & marketing related documents or quotations for the sales & marketing process, eg project tender.
- Attend tender meetings and site visits.
- Manage and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers and suppliers
- Contribute to sales effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-term issues that must be addressed; providing detailed information; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.
- Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets and determining the annual unit and gross profit plans.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Map potential clients and generate leads for the organization.
- Develop sales team through coaching, motivation, counselling and product knowledge education to ensure high professional standards are achieved as monthly sales and KPI targets are met.
