Job Description
- Sourcing and procuring equipment and services (hardware/software) from vendors.
- Negotiate and manage contract with vendors, ensuring terms and conditions meet company standards.
- Oversee the entire procurement process, initiate purchase order and ensure timely manner delivery.
- Cost analysis, identifying and implementing opportunities to deliver savings while maintaining quality and service levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and negotiate favorable terms, contracts, and pricing to achieve optimal commercial terms.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their equipment requirements and ensure the procurement of the right solutions.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new potential suppliers and industry trends related to testing equipment and services.
Qualifications
- Degree in any discipline and above.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Proficient in English and Japanese communication capability is required.
- Preferable with procurement experience with semiconductor manufacturing background.
- Good communication skill.
- Work independently with minimum supervision.
- Agile in respond to change in timely manner. Recognize the situation, make decision & act with velocity.
- Willing to take challenge with positive attitude.
- Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail, strong sense of responsibility & ownership.
- Adapt to rapidly changing organizational, be proactive, possess professional ethics with high loyalty
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
