- To analyze Purchase Request from other department and determine appropriate method of purchase
- To assist in inquiry of quotation and assist in supplier/ Vendor 's selection
- To liaise with local authority for local and importation purchase related matters.
- To coordinate and resolve problem with related department and suppliers.
- To liaise with Suppliers on pricing negotiation, delivery schedule, coordinate and negotiation on delivery matters.
- Tracking and follow up outstanding order with suppliers.
- Prepare and ensure Purchase Order received by suppliers.
- Maintain and update purchase record into system, and maintain documentation and filing work.
- To assist in ad-hoc task which assigned by Superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Management, Economics or a related field.
- Min 1 year of working experience in Manufacturing Purchasing or Procurement or Assistant in Purchasing department is added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. On job training will be provided
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus as need to communication with oversea suppliers (Mandarin Speaking)
