Job Description:
- Lesson Planning: Design and execute engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that adhere to the curriculum and address the diverse needs of different children.
- Classroom Management: Create and maintain a positive, organized, and safe classroom environment that encourages active participation and exploration.
- Curriculum Enhancement: Participate in the continuous development and improvement of the curriculum, integrating best practices in early childhood education.
- Assessment: Perform regular assessments to track each child's progress, provide feedback to parents, and adjust teaching methods as needed.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, offering daily updates on their children's accomplishments, challenges, and overall well-being.
- Collaboration: Work closely with fellow teachers and staff to foster a supportive working environment ensuring children’s well-being & hygiene.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in designing and implementing effective lesson plans.
- Passion for Early Childhood Education: A strong passion for working with young children and dedication to their overall development.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to create a positive learning environment for the children.
- Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the changing needs of the classroom and curriculum.
