Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations
- Monitor the cleanliness of the pool, deck, and surrounding areas throughout the day.
- Ensure towels are stocked and neatly arranged for guest use.
- Check pool water levels and report any irregularities or safety concerns to Engineering or Recreation Supervisor.
- Maintain safety and hygiene by enforcing pool rules and reporting non-compliance.
- Provide basic guest assistance, including offering towels, directions, or guidance on facility usage.
Safety & Coordination
- Report maintenance issues or damage to equipment (e.g., pool furniture, filters, showers).
- Ensure emergency equipment (e.g., lifebuoys, first aid kits) is in place and in good condition.
- Monitor guest activity discreetly to help prevent accidents or injuries.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering for cleanliness, repairs, and supply needs.
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to work in an outdoor environment for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of pool hygiene, safety protocols, and guest service.
- Able to follow instructions, maintain cleanliness standards, and respond to guest needs promptly.
- Friendly, approachable, and observant, with attention to safety and cleanliness.
- First Aid or Lifeguard certification.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
