Job Summary:
Responsible for the efficient operations, repairs and maintenance of various electrical, electronic, mechanical, air conditioning, carpentry, plumbing and sanitary equipment. Focuses on maintaining and repairing equipment often within rooms and hotel building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repairs, replaces, services & maintain all mechanical, electrical equipment and any assigned that related to the premise building.
- Carries out daily checks on all mechanical and electrical installations and to ensure that they are in working order.
- To have a complete understanding of the Policies & Procedures and provide a professional service and responsibilities as assigned at all times.
Requirements:
- Min Certificate SPM and above / any related Certificate.
- Min 1 years working experience and basic knowledge in maintenance duties.
- Possess good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and Basic English.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Working hours: 6days/week (Shift).
