Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Identification of new opportunities for automation within the manufacturing process.
2. Designing new automation equipment or processes.
3. Simulating and testing these processes or equipment to ensure they function as desired.
4. Programming new automated components to the manufacturing process.
5. Design, wiring or modify electrical, electronics & pneumatic components on machine system requirement.
6. Responsible for on-site installation, assembly and debugging new machine at the client location.
7. Provide technical assistance to clients with technical issues including technical guidance and training.
8. Troubleshooting automated processes or equipment when errors occur.
9. Perform troubleshooting and repairing of electrical, electronics & pneumatic components.
10. Provide feedback on debugging records to R&D team to improve product functionality.
11. Programming testing & validation. Establish validation protocols for PLC programs.
12. Performs setup, calibration, maintenance, and operation on a variety of machining equipment.
13. Adhere to good documentation practices.
14. Developing and maintaining clear and accurate documentation of automation equipment or processes.
15. Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
16. Out stationed job is required when needed.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Automation) or any equivalent discipline.
2. Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experiences in industry automation with project development knowledge.
3. Familiar in handle electrical and mechanical equipment,
4. Candidate with automation design, PLC programming experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
