Responsibilities:
- Runs basic tests and conducts diagnosis of customer’s phone problems
- Learning latest phone repair skill and knowledge , processes and procedures
- Fix phone software problem
- Repairs and phone units according to requirements and issues
- Ensure that all repairs performed meet the company’s quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the repair station and retail shop
- Support productivity by ensuring all service deadlines are met
- Provide relevant repair information to admin and other department for recording purposes
- Ability to work unsupervised while prioritizing and delivering timely, high-quality work
Job Requirements:
- No experience required
- Excellent technical, problem solving
- Technical skills for replacing mobile phone glass LCD screens will be considered
