About the role
Kuantan Clinical Diagnostic Centre Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Kuantan, Pahang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare facility.
What you'll be doing
- Dispense and counsel patients on prescription and over-the-counter medications
- Monitor patient medication regimens and provide recommendations to optimise therapy
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medication information
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to pharmacy practice
- Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with industry developments
- Contribute to the growth and development of the pharmacy department
What we're looking for
- Registration as a Pharmacist with the Malaysian Pharmacy Board
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical principles, drug information, and medication management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and professional ethics
