- Safely transport the employer and passengers to designated locations as per the schedule.
- Ensure punctuality and timely arrival at appointments and destinations.
- Regularly inspect the vehicle for cleanliness, fuel levels, and overall maintenance.
- Schedule routine servicing and report any vehicle malfunctions or repairs needed.
- Abide by traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and the vehicle.
- Remain alert and avoid distractions during driving.
- Assist with running errands such as shopping, document deliveries, or other ad hoc requests.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding employer’s personal and professional matters.
- Maintain accurate records of travel routes, mileage, fuel expenses, and toll charges.
- Submit receipts and reports to the employer or assigned personnel for approval when required.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license Class D with a clean driving record.
- Aged between 25 – 45 years old.
- At least 2 years of working experience as a personal or professional driver.
- Proficiency using GPS, Waze and etc. applications.
- Familiarity with traffic routes and regulations in Malaysia
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Demonstrate good work ethic, reliable and punctuality.
