Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including schedule management, meeting coordination and document handling
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes and track action items
- Organise director's travel arrangements and expense claims
- Serve as liaison between director and internal departments/external partners
- Manage director's correspondence (emails/calls/letters) ensuring timely responses
- Draft business documents, reports and presentations in Chinese & English
- Monitor project timelines and facilitate cross-department collaboration
- Compile business data to support decision-making
- Prepare regular operational reports and performance analyses
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and Malaysian regulations
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experiences (corporate secretarial background is an advantage)
- Professional fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English (written & spoken)
- Advanced MS Office (Excel/PPT/Word) and Teams/Zoom proficiency
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills with professional discretion
- Highly responsible with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented problem solver
- Flexible to occasionally work beyond standard hours for urgent matters
