Responsibility
- Schedule Management:Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Document Preparation: Draft reports, presentations, and important documents.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure office supplies are stocked and everything is wellorganized.
- Coordination: Liaise with other departments and external partners for smooth operations.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Personal Assistance: Assist the executive with personal errands as needed.
Requirement
- 1-3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive, resourceful, and detailoriented.
- Good in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Preference for candidates fluent in Mandarin to interact with clients

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
