What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn) with full-funnel strategies aligned to client goals.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and creatives to develop ad content, targeting, and budget strategies for maximum ROI.
- Analyse performance data, run A/B tests, and share insights to improve results.
- Stay ahead of platform trends and best practices.
- When needed, support Account Managers on other marketing services such as social media, content writing, and campaign planning.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital media buying.
- Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking.
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to support Account Managers in campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
- Bonus: Experience with programmatic buying, SEO, or marketing automation tools.
