We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer with expertise in Facebook conversion ads to join our team. In this role, you will create, manage, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns designed to drive conversions and achieve measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and well-versed in Facebook Ads Manager, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute Facebook ad strategies focused on conversions, including lead generation, sales, and customer acquisition.
- Conduct audience research to identify and target the most effective demographics, interests, and behaviors.
- Ad Creative Development:
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and videos optimized for conversions.
- A/B test creatives, headlines, and formats to maximize performance.
- Performance Tracking and Optimization:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager and other analytics tools.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI, lower cost-per-click (CPC), and enhance overall performance.
- Budget Management:
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to achieve the best outcomes while meeting set KPIs.
- Allocate budgets across campaigns based on performance and business goals.
- Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new Facebook Ads features.
- Apply insights to improve campaigns and maintain a competitive edge.
- Retargeting and Funnel Optimizpation:
- Design and implement retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential customers and drive them through the conversion funnel.
- Develop strategies for nurturing leads and improving customer lifetime value.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Prepare and present campaign performance reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing Facebook ad campaigns with a focus on conversions.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, pixel tracking, and custom audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
