Job Description:

Job Title: Patient Care Assistant

Location: Georgetown, Penang

· Assist in overall clinic operations.

· Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rate.

· Assist doctors and nurses in patient care such as support patient with mobility and transfer.

· Clinic records handling such as registration, appointment, scanning and digitization.

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient areas, equipment, and supplies.

· Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all clinic policies and procedures

· Monitor patient comfort and address any immediate needs or concerns

· Assist nurses in basic clinical procedures and specimen collection when required

Requirement:

· Minimum SPM qualification, diploma or equivalent required

· Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or elderly care facility is preferred but not mandatory.

· Compassion and empathy

· Basic knowledge of patient care and hygiene practices.

· Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
