Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing design concepts, sketches, and 3D models
- Prepare architectural drawings and technical documentation.
- Conduct site analysis, material research, and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients as needed.
- Attend site visits or inspections and support the preparation of site reports.
- Help in preparing and managing documentation, such as RFIs, meeting minutes, and project reports.
- Assist in creating presentation boards, models, and visualizations for client and internal reviews.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to project management, such as filing and organizing project data.
Requirements:
1. Possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Microsoft Office and Excel.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
6. Knowledge in authority submission requirements will be an added advantage.
