Join Our Team as an Operations Executive
Location: Edufront Johor Office (Iskandar Puteri)
Working Days
- Tuesday to Saturday (i.e. rest days: Sunday and Monday) OR
- Sunday to Thursday (i.e. rest days: Friday and Saturday)
Work timing: 1 day morning shift and 4 day afternoon shift (fixed shift)*
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused university graduate to join our dynamic team as an Operations Executive at our Edufront Johor office. If you have a strong passion for education and a commitment to service excellence, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
You will play a vital role in supporting our operations in Singapore by ensuring the smooth delivery of our educational and enrichment programmes. Your responsibilities include:
- Handling customer enquiries and driving sales conversion
- Providing excellent customer service support
- Managing student registrations and enrolments
- Maintaining and updating the Student Information System (SIS)
- Administering tutor onboarding, scheduling, and communication
- Monitoring student attendance and programme logistics
- Coordinating printing and distribution of teaching materials
- Managing our Learning Management System (LMS)
Qualifications & Requirements
- A degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication (English) and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and familiar with basic administrative systems
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and a great team player

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
