Office-Based Internship | Minimum 3 Months
We are an American-based Islamic publishing company with an office branch in Malaysia. We focus on the revival and publication of both contemporary and historical Muslim authors and literature. Our multi-national team is passionate about producing meaningful content, books, and resources that benefit English speaking Muslims locally and globally — with a newly expanding effort for Malay language publications
We're currently looking for motivated Operations Intern to join our team — with the potential for full-time employment upon successful completion of the internship.
Working Language: English (must be fluent in both written and spoken)
Duration: Minimum 3 months
Location: Office-based (in person)
Stipend: RM1,500 per month
The Operation Coordinator Intern will support the administrative functions of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Support the coordination of meetings and events.
- Help maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
