Job Description
- Identify key operational gaps / improvement opportunities for SPX Express' delivery operations (eg. productivity, average delivery times).
- Design and project manage initiatives to be implemented across all the hubs in Malaysia.
- Analyse data and results, identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop dashboards and tools as required.

Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to Senior Management.
- Legally allowed to work in Sabah based on respective state law requirements
- Candidates currently based in Sabah are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field (eg. Business, Engineering, Supply Chain).
- Strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with data.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, attentive to details and adaptable to changes.
- Preferably familiar with the last mile delivery process.
- Advantage if willing to travel to hubs within Malaysia.
