Job description
- Handle forwarding and shipping documentation processes.
- Prepare and submit customs forms (including ZB forms).
- Coordinate and arrange deliveries to ensure timely dispatch and receipt.
- Liaise with relevant departments, transporters, and customs officers.
- Ensure all documentation complies with local customs regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and tracking of shipments.
- Provide support in other operational tasks as required.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in forwarding or logistics operations is preferred.
