Job Responsibilities
Arrangement of Inspection for Vehicles:
- Coordinate and schedule inspections for company lorries and vans.
- Ensure timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Insurance and Road Tax Renewal for Company Vehicles:
- Manage the renewal process for vehicle insurance and road tax.
- Keep records updated and ensure timely payments.
MBJB Monthly Parking Arrangement:
- Organize monthly parking permits with MBJB for company vehicles.
Financial Administration:
- Issue invoices and requests for claims.
- Manage progress claims and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare customer aging reports and send statements to customers.
Payment Management:
- Prepare payment listings and coordinate payment processes.
Petty Cash and Expense Management:
- Prepare petty cash vouchers and process weekly expense claims.
Meeting Support:
- Prepare minutes of meetings and distribute to relevant stakeholders.
Employee Support:
- Handle ad hoc queries from employees and provide necessary support.
- Liaise with software support for employee queries related to operational systems.
Pest Control Coordination:
- Arrange for pest control services as needed.
Job Requirements
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma.
- Proficient in administrative tasks with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Skills Required: System Administration, Network Security and Database Management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
